Refund policy

Digital Product

Tailkey provides access to a digital analytics and marketing insights platform. Because the service provides immediate access to software and data processing capabilities, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

No Refunds After Use

After a subscription is activated or the platform has been accessed, Tailkey does not provide refunds for:

  • Subscription fees

  • Usage fees

  • Partial billing periods

  • Unused time in a subscription period

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge. Verified billing errors will be corrected and refunded where applicable.

Technical Issues

If a verified technical issue prevents access to the Tailkey platform, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds may be issued at Tailkey’s sole discretion if the service cannot be reasonably restored.

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but does not result in refunds for the current billing period.

Changes to This Policy

Tailkey reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
